Never Eat These Foods in Raw Form
Whenever you eat salads from next time, you should be very careful about the fact that there are some foods which we should never have in raw form. Though consumption of raw vegetables is useful because of nourishment it provides to the body after cooking the value of nourishment gets reduced. Potato may be the most versatile vegetable. We use potatoes to make many dishes. But remember always, we should never ever eat potatoes in raw form because it contains toxins which will definitely cause bloating & gastric problems and affect our digestive system. Consuming raw potatoes may also cause nausea headache. Another reason is it also has high starch content which is also very tough to digest.
We use mushrooms to make delicious dishes & sometimes we use in preparing salads. Raw mushrooms have tough cell walls which are very difficult to digest. Raw mushrooms also contain microbes which will create digestive problem on consuming mushrooms raw.
Never consume raw milk which has not been pasteurized. Raw milk contains bacteria like salmonella, e.coli etc, to avoid microbial diseases we should not consume raw milk. We should always have milk after boiling it.
People who hit the gym daily sometimes have consumed raw eggs but we should not because raw eggs contain salmonella which will cause microbial diseases.
We all know that broccoli is full of nutrients like vitamin C, Calcium, Potassium & it is very useful for the body also. Consuming broccoli in raw form should always be avoided as it is very difficult to digest. We should always consume broccoli after cooking. Again broccoli contains sugar which will increase sugar level if consumed in raw form.
